This short article points out some of the problem with American suburbia. You can use this if you write on Topic 2 for Essay 3.

This is the main reading for this week -- on another exhibit in the 1939 New York World's Fair, called Democracity (inside the 600-foot wide Perisphere) which showed how future American cities would be designed -- with people living in suburbs and driving in cars on highways to work.

Did this prediction on the future of America suburbia come true? And what were some of its unforeseen negative effects?
